It all started, when interior designer Yianna Thodi, seeking to get more involved in wall decoration and explore new art applications, she ended up at the doorstep of book illustrator Α. Fountouklis’ workshop.
After a few years of working as Fountouklis’ assistant, Thodi grew to love aluminum for its plasticity, recyclability and boundless applications leaving free rein to her imagination.
Inspired not only by nature but also by dream associations, she gives shape to sculptures digitally printed on aluminum foil.
Motivated by her boundless passion for all things decoration and art, her portfolio consists in embossed artefacts for wall or table ornaments, company gifts as well as large-scale creations.
Aluminati collection can be found in museum gift shops, galleries, concept stores and other gift shops in Greece and abroad.
