Returns

1. aluminati.gr accepts returns – exchanges if the product sent turns out to be faulty or is not the one you ordered. In that case, all return-exchange costs will be borne by aluminati.gr. If payment has already been made and the customer does not wish to make the exchange, they are entitled to a refund. The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date that the returned package was collected by aluminati.gr. In this case, the original payment method used for the purchase will be used for the refund as well.
   
   
2. A product may be exchanged with a product of equal or higher price.
   
   
3. If a customer changes their mind about a product through no fault of aluminati.gr, they will also bear the cost of reshipping the product.
   
   
4. If an order cannot be processed but the customer has already paid for it,
   the purchase price will be returned to the bank account that they have designated to us.

The customer must:

2. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all accompanying shipping documents (retail/sale receipt/invoice) to:

3. So long as the above requirements are met, the product will be reshipped with a courier company of our choice
   free of charge.
   
   
4. NOTE:
   The customer’s liability for the product ends once the product reaches our offices. Please ensure that you package the product securely to prevent damage during shipping.
